In order to accelerate the construction of
the UV LED strategic industry cluster in Changzhi, Shanxi Province, as well as
deepen the research progress and industrial development of UV LED technology
home and abroad, deal with economic challenges and opportunities in the
post-epidemic era, the People’s Government of Changzhi, China Solid State
Lighting Alliance and Shanxi Cloud Era Technology Company, Ltd. are working together to host the 2nd China
(Changzhi) UV LED international Conference (CULCON 2020) during August 19-21 in Changzhi city with the theme “Create Healthy UV Light Source, Boost Public Health Safety”.
The conference conducts in-depth discussions on UV LED technology including
equipment, materials, devices and application. It specially emphasizes the
industrial application of UV-LED related technology and discuss how to achieve
synergy innovation in the whole industry chain and industrial cluster.

“不同于傳統LED,紫外LED需要專門的電學、光學和熱學設計。在紫外LED封裝環節,傳統焊接技術大功率散熱問題、焊接空洞率等一直與產品不良率和生產效率息息相關。為了提升紫外LED的可靠性,封裝企業需要升級使用真空焊接工藝,做好二次散熱設計?!北本┱\聯愷達科技有限公司技術服務部總經理劉月明向記者介紹,“誠聯愷達推出的封裝真空共晶爐,可以提高芯片導熱系數,解決大功率LED封裝芯片散熱問題,可將焊接空洞率降低至3%,同時降低產品不良率,提高生產效率?!?/p>
